This is an important question, and is dependent on a few things. If you are not using insurance, our self-pay rates are as follows:
Initial intake appointment $165
Follow-up appointment $130
If you are using insurance, your personal responsibility will vary based on your plan. You can call your insurance provider to request a breakdown, or you can reach out and our therapists will help you verify if mental health services are covered and how you will pay each session!
-
We offer a free 15-minute consultation for anyone who may have additional questions after reading our page. Here, you can ask questions about insurance, what to expect in your first session, how long does therapy take, etc. We might not have all the answers, but we will do our best to help you feel confident about getting started!
-
Your first session will be about getting to know one another. Therapy works best when there is a good relationship between client and therapist, so the majority of time will be focused there. Your therapist will ask you questions about what you’ve been experiencing, and you will have the opportunity to ask your therapist questions as well.
-
This is a very individualized response- frequency of sessions will depend on each client’s needs and situation. Feel free to share any concerns with your therapist regarding how often you can meet, and they will do their best to accommodate!
-
A good faith estimate (GFE) is a document that provides an estimate of the costs for a medical service. If you do not plan on using insurance for services, your therapist will provide you with this estimate in order to give you an idea of how much treatment can cost.
