If you find yourself wondering…

  • As a parent, it’s so hard to know if we are making the right decisions. With so many opinions, thoughts, and choices out there, it is easy to find ourselves wondering how it will all play out. Therapy can help you define what a good parent looks like instead of aiming for that “perfect” ideal of a parent that doesn’t truly exist.

  • Anxiety makes it difficult to manage any uncertainty in life. It leads to a constant questioning of ourselves and the world around us, which can be exhausting after some time. Therapy can help you get in touch with your innate trust within yourself, as well as learn to challenge the anxious thoughts to help you live more attuned, values-based life.

  • Receiving a diagnosis later in life can make you question everything. It can also create a whole new list of questions that arise about yourself, your relationships, and your past. Therapy can help you make sense of how this diagnosis fits into your life and how to incorporate new skills to continue on a positive path, or redirect if things have been going in a direction that you are not satisfied with. text goes here

What we offer can help

Perinatal Mental Health & Therapy for Moms

Therapy is beneficial throughout the entire perinatal journey, even before conception! If you are questioning whether parenthood is right for you, or working through the anxieties of deciding to conceive, working with a licensed specialist can be so helpful. The same is true if you are pregnant and now are walking through all of “firsts” or you are a seasoned parent trying to get through the daily hustle without blowing up or going to cry in the bathroom (no shame here).

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety comes from the place inside our brain that wants to protect us, which is great- until it isn’t. At some point it can start to feel as if our brain is sabotaging us. Always making us worry, play through a million scenarios, or fear the outcome (even about things we really want!). If you’re wondering “will I always feel like this?” the answer doesn’t have to be yes- there is a better way to manage these concerns without them taking over your life.

Therapy for Neurodivergent Humans

Autism and Neurodivergence is something that we have are finally beginning to learn more about and prioritize, as we change the definition of what these words truly mean. Whether you are “questioning” a possible diagnosis, or you have received testing and a formal diagnosis, therapy can help figure out how YOU define their place in your life, rather than letting them definite YOU.

Let’s make it easy as 1, 2, 3.
